Need to make a custom picatinny rail for your rifle or handgun? Grab yourself one of our Picatinny rail blanks, all the hard work is done for you- just drill your mounting holes and couterbores/countersinks from the top, flip it over and machine the necessary features on the bottom. Blanks measure 12.19mm from the bottom surface to the bottom of the dovetail.

Available in 175, 155, 125, 105 and 75mm lengths. Ends are radiused tangent to the end and sides.

Like all our picatinny rails, they’re machined from 6061 aluminium flat bar, so they’re straight and made to spec.
