At Danger Noodle Engineering, we believe in supporting maker culture and giving back to the shooting community. That's why we're releasing the .STL files for the SL001, SL002, and SL003 Speed Loader Holders on Thingiverse under a Creative Commons license. If you have a 3D printer, or know someone who does, you can download the files and print your own speed loader holder.

Printing & Material Recommendations
We have tested prints using carbon fibre nylon, as it provides flexibility while maintaining strength. However, feel free to experiment with other filaments.
Dehydration matters! Nylon filaments must be fully dried before printing. If not, the printed parts may be brittle.
Post-printing treatment: To improve durability, boil printed parts in water for 10 minutes after printing.
Parts & Tools Required
To assemble your DIY Speed Loader Holder, you will need:
2 x 10mm aluminium round tubes (400mm long)
1 x large TekLok belt loop
4 x M3 x 10 screws (or nearest fractional size)
5-minute epoxy (We use a stronger adhesive, but it’s not readily available.)
Rubber mallet
Cordless drill & driver
2.5mm drill bit
Assembly Instructions
Apply epoxy to the aluminium tubes and insert them into the printed part’s holes. They should be a tight press fit, so use a rubber mallet if needed.
Align the assembled parts on a flat surface and allow the adhesive to fully cure.
With a 2.5mm drill bit, drill through the four mounting holes on the top piece of the holder and into the aluminium tube.
Position the TekLok in your preferred orientation and use a cordless driver to attach it to the top piece with screws.
Enjoy your custom Speed Loader Holder!
If you’d rather skip the assembly, we’ll soon have pre-cut hardware kits available in our shop. Stay tuned!
Proudly supporting makers and the shooting community.
